The courier came but I wasn’t home. How can I get my order?
If you are not at the delivery address, your order will be sent to the nearest courier branch. It will be held there for 3 days. You can collect it from the branch by presenting your ID number. Orders not collected within 3 days will be returned to us.
How long does it take to receive a refund if I cancel my order?
If you cancel or return your order, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days after the product reaches us.
How many days do I have to return a product?
You can return a product within 14 days from the date it is delivered to you.
What should I do if the product I received is defective?
If you return the defective product within the 14-day return period, the necessary procedures will be completed, and your payment will be refunded. If the same item is available in stock, you will be informed so that you can place a new order.
