CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY
GENERAL
1. By placing an order electronically through our website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales agreement presented to you.
2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Sales Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), as well as all other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of purchased products.
3. Shipping costs, which are product delivery expenses, shall be paid by the buyers.
4. Each purchased product is delivered to the buyer or to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer within a maximum legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyers may terminate the contract.
5. If delivery of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must notify the buyer within 3 days from learning of this situation. The total amount must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.
6. If the buyer fails to pay for the purchased product or cancels the payment in bank records, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product ceases.
7. After the product is delivered, if it is determined that the buyer’s credit card has been used unlawfully by unauthorized persons and the sales amount is not paid to the seller by the related bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days, with the shipping cost borne by the seller.
8. If a force majeure event occurs that the seller could not foresee and the product cannot be delivered on time, the situation will be communicated to the buyer. The buyer may request cancellation of the order, replacement with a similar product, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order, the amount will be refunded to the bank within 14 days following the cancellation.
9. Before receiving the goods/services subject to the contract, the buyer shall inspect them; if the goods/services are damaged or defective (e.g., torn, stained, etc.), they should not be accepted. After delivery, the buyer must preserve the goods/services carefully. The product must be returned together with the invoice.
10. The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the purchased product is delivered to the buyer or the person/organization indicated, without any legal or penal liability and without any justification, by notifying the seller through the contact information below.

RETURN CONDITIONS
The returned product must have its tags intact, hygiene seals unremoved, and must be sent back in its original transparent protective packaging and box as received. The product must be returned in the same condition as delivered.
Please open and inspect any packages you believe may have been damaged during shipment in the presence of the delivery company representative.
*** Products with damage reports not recorded at the time of delivery will not be accepted for return under any circumstances.
The product must be returned with the original invoice. Returns of products that have lost their resalable condition or are unsuitable for resale to another customer will not be accepted, and their cost will not be refunded.
Once the return is approved, the refund amount will be issued to you as soon as possible.
